SHIPPING

At Laja Swim we strive to provide the best customer service and deliver your orders in a timely manner. 

  • Please allow  2-5 business days to fulfill packages. Once your package has been fulfilled, an email will be sent confirming the tracking number. Please note, we do not fulfill orders over the weekend and any expedited order placed after 12:00 PM, will be fulfilled the following business day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, we ask for 1-10 business days for delivery. Please note, packages are subject to carrier delays. Please note: We do not ship and/or deliver on weekends & some orders will require a signature. 
  • Expedited/Overnight shipping is available, However, orders must be placed before 12:00PM to be sent out within the same business day. These orders are delivered Monday to Friday. Expedited shipping cost can vary based on a number of variables and can cost between $20 -$50. 
International Orders: For international orders, please be aware that customs may impose taxes or additional fees. We do not cover these fees, and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay them if they are charged by their country. By making a purchase, international customers agree to our terms and conditions, which cannot be adjusted for international orders. Laja Swim is not responsible for any additional fees charged by UPS for shipping or processing. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs or duties fees, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including a $50 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the total amount of the order. The remaining amount will be issued as store credit; no refunds will be issued.
